If you purchased your appliance from us before July of 2019, your contract is handled by NSI / Warrantech. They can be reached at 888-446-8008. It is easiest for them to look up your contract by the phone number you used when you placed your order. On your receipt the part number would start with a W or M (like WSA5U999 or MCP10). Make sure that if the agent is unable to find your contract under your phone number to try other phone numbers, old phone numbers, your invoice number, or name to help them locate your contract.
